We’re in the final week of Spring, and the weather suits just right.
A bit of rain, some wind, and a healthy dose of sun! It’s a great week to leave the house and do all the things you haven’t been able to since March 2020.
Let’s not waste any time: Here are some of our event suggestions for the week ahead!
Sunset Cinema: The Naked Gun 2 ½
Studio Park
June 17, 8 p.m.
celebrationcinema.com
We all loved Movies On Monroe, but the world has changed and so have events. Now, instead of fighting a crowd of hundreds of people to find an acceptable spot, you can simply buy tickets for you and up to three friends. In the piazza at Studio Park, you get your own swath of grass to set up and watch a movie with friends, drinks and food. This week, it’s The Naked Gun 2 ½, with Leslie Nielsen as a bumbling policeman who saves the day.
Late Night Street Food
The Sovengard
June 19, 11 p.m.

The Sovengard’s Late Night Street Food series is back for 2021! The first night is “a night of Jamaican spice and soul” for a very special Juneteenth celebration featuring food from Irie Kitchen. The menu will feature Caribbean favorites like jerk chicken, curry goat, festival and more. No reservations, no tickets, just food, drinks, and music in the biergarten.
