Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.’s eloquent 1963 discourse about racism comes back to us in the form of a relevant stage-reading.
Sycamore Creek is putting on a digital production of Letter From Birmingham Jail, directed by local award-winning actor and director Rico Bruce Wade.
Rico has imagined this year's production as a conversation between Martin Luther King and Nolan Harmon, a Methodist Bishop and signer of The Call for Unity Letter that MLK was responding to.
Watch Letter from Birmingham Jail, Saturdays in March @ 7 PM.
Watch the compilation of episodes on Saturday, March 27 @ 7 PM.
Live streamed to Sycamore Creek's Facebook page and YouTube channel.
Each episode will have a conversation following the show with Rico, the actors, Pastor Tom and special guests discussing the Letter.
