FRIDAY, DECEMBER 6TH DOORS 7PM SHOW 8PM TICKETS 12/17 FULL CORD Full Cord started as a project between band members upright bass player Todd Kirchner & guitar/mando player Eric Langejans. In summer of 2018 long time friend of the band Brian Oberlin (formerly of Grasshoppah) joined the group. The newest member is fiddle phenom Grant Flick. All seasoned bluegrass musicians they wanted to build a musically diverse band using traditional bluegrass instruments. The band has an extraordinary song base, with songs ranging from traditional country and bluegrass to modern pop hits, big band era tunes and everything in between (and we do mean everything!). With hundreds of songs in their repertoire, they never run out of songs to choose from. Based in West Michigan, Full Cord has had the privilege of performing all over the state, from private parties and events to breweries, barns and bluegrass festivals. With the talent of over 60 years combined musical experience, Full Cord brings incredible style to traditional bluegrass. They are introducing bluegrass music to everyone in a way that keeps people coming back for more. ERIC ENGBLADE Eric Engblade is an accomplished and acclaimed singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Grand Rapids, Michigan. Throughout the year, Engblade can be seen performing as a part of benefit concerts that promote Great Lake clean water initiatives alongside other bookings in theaters, bars,breweries, private events, and music festivals. Either as a solo act, or with the support of top notch regional musicians such as upright bassist Justin Avdek, Electric Guitarist Justin Wieringa, and violinist Michael Procupchuk, Engblade continues to spread his "accessible", "infectious", "eccentric", "off beat" and "danceable" Folk-Rock With Teeth while touring the Great Lakes Region and beyond (John Sinkevics, localspins.com).
