The Black-Eyed Pea Sauté – one of the most well-presented meals I’ve had in some time – is an artful mixture of earthy greens and veggies. Gluten free and vegan, this dish comprises a sauté of black-eyed peas, smoked tofu, vegetables and spices served with braised greens. Add the sweet potato mash as your second side option and you’ve got quite a flavorful combination.
Other gluten free sides include dry fried okra, cornbread muffins and the fresh veggie of the day.
