Downtown Grand Rapids’ newest music venue, 20 Monroe Live, has released the lineup for its first 19 shows. All tickets will be on sale here, with presale beginning tomorrow at 10 a.m., according to the website.
The Gilmore Collection venue has a capacity of 2,600, which makes it larger than The Intersection but much smaller than the Van Andel Arena. Although, the venue does have a moving stage to accomodate shows of a smaller scale.
The venue opens Feb. 1, 2017 with a show from Trombone Shorty, featuring his “legendary funk band and electrifying mix of rock, jazz, hip-hop and improvisation.”
