Just announced: Dashboard Confessional is playing at 20 Monroe Live in April of next year.
The appearance on April 6 will come soon after the “emo” rock band releases its seventh studio album, Crooked Shadows, in February. This will also be the band’s first album in nine years, due to a four-year hiatus from 2010 to 2014.
Supporting the band is Beach Slang, a punk rock band from Philadelphia who opened for Jimmy Eat World at 20 Monroe earlier this year.
Tickets will be available here at 10 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 8. Every ticket purchased online includes a pre-order for Crooked Shadows.
