The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug
Bilbo Baggins (Martin Freeman), Gandalf (Ian McKellan) and 13 dwarves led by Thorin Oakenshield (Richard Armitage) continue their quest to reclaim the Dwarf Kingdom of Erebor. Not only do the Orcs persist in chasing after them, but the One Ring starts to put its lustrous moves on the hobbit. Fortunately, the elves (yes, the dreamy Legolas is back) enter the scene. Unfortunately, the Dragon, Smaug (Benedict Cumberbatch) does so too.

Saving Mr. Banks
The word "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" wouldn't be enough to describe the amount of effort it took for Walt Disney (Tom Hanks) to obtain the rights for Mary Poppins from writer P.L. Travers (Emma Thompson). The story starts when money becomes an issue for Travers, and she reluctantly goes to L.A. to hear the plans for the adaptation—though not without being snarky about it. Disney will have to pull out his magic dust and heart-felt memories of his childhood to understand Travers' hesitation and help her let the magical nanny fly away from her book.
Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues
The '70s are long gone, but San Diego's top-rated anchorman Ron Burgundy (Will Ferrell) is not ready to become past news. The pursuit of glory continues along with his trusty friends, awkward Brick Tamland (Steve Carell), smoldering Brian Fantana (Paul Rudd) and cowboy-hat-sporting Champ Kind (David Koechner), and a brand new job at New York's first 24-hour news channel.

The Secret Life of Walter Mitty
No one knows how to enjoy a good cup of epic reverie as Walter Mitty (Ben Stiller) does. But when his job, along with that of his romantic interest and co-worker (Kristen Wiig) are threatened, Mitty decides to live life outside the pages of his imagination by traveling the globe and making it all real— which he discovers to be more extraordinary than fantasy.
47 Ronin
Halfbreed and exile Kai (Keanu Reeves) is called back by a group of Ronin led by Kuranosuke Oishi (Hiroyuki Sanada) to aid them in their vengeance on warlord Kira (Tadanobu Asano). Only problem is that there are 47 of them, while their enemy's army is infinite and own supernatural powers. Then again, numbers have never been an issue for the fearless who possess extra-sweet Japanese sword skills.
