LaughFest announced its 2015 headliners today, with more announcements to come as the festival draws near.
Headlining LaughFest's fifth year is actor, late show host and comedian George Lopez. He will perform at DeVos Performance Hall March 15 at 8 p.m.
On March 9, Wanda Sykes performs at DeVos Performance Hall. An actress, comedian, talk show host and writer, Sykes was named one of Entertainment Weekly's 25 Funniest People in America.
Actor, comedian and writer Patton Oswalt performs at Fountain Street Church March 13 at 8 p.m. His latest comedy album, Tragedy Plus Comedy Equals Time was released earlier this year and he has made a number of guest appearances on beloved television shows, even winning a Critics Choice Award for his guest role on "Parks and Recreation."
For fans of "Mike & Molly," Billy Gardell performs at Fountain Street Church on March 7. While known for his role as Mike Biggs, Gardell has been performing stand-up comedy for 25 years.
"Mr. Show" alum, Sarah Silverman buddy and all-around weirdo Brian Posehn performs four sets at The Pyramid Scheme on March 13 and March 14. His first hour-long special, The Fartist, is currently streaming on Netflix and he hosts a podcast called Nerd Poker, where him and other comics play Dungeons and Dragons.
We live in a world where you can get famous just by uploading videos to YouTube. It happened to Justin Bieber and it happened to Bo Burnham, who performs at Fountain Street Church on March 14. He's best known for his songs that take on taboo, politically incorrect topics.
If you've seen "Breaking Bad," you've seen this guy lay down on a lot of money. Lavell Crawford performs at Fountain Street Church on March 6.
Host of "The Pete Holmes Show," Pete Holmes (who did you think it was going to be? Chris Rock?) performs at Wealthy Theatre on March 14.
Fans of "Whose Line Is It Anyway" can experience the show's antics in person when Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood perform at Fountain Street Church on March 15.
Performing as part of the Blue & Late Night Comedy Series are Jerrod Carmichael and Iliza Shelsinger, two up-and-coming comics getting some national buzz. They perform at McFadden's March 13 and March 6, respectively.
